PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION

The Equal Access Committee of the Public Utilities Commission's 9-1-1 Advisory Task Force will host a town hall to better understand the needs of disability communities in Colorado. This event will invite feedback from community members with disabilities on how to improve experiences with accessing 9-1-1 services while 9-1-1 professionals provide tools and tips to ensure communication with 9-1-1 is as effective as possible.
Community members are also invited to take a survey to share their experiences with 9-1-1 and emergency services. Survey results will be used to improve training for 9-1-1 professionals in Colorado.
